Spread across two levels, the home features a bright living area with garden views, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and combi-microwave, and three cozy bedrooms. One ground-floor bedroom includes an en-suite and TV, while upstairs, two more bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower-bath combo. Step outside to enjoy the garden and spacious waterfront terrace—perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or lazy afternoons in the sun.
