About this property
Cozy Country Cabin | Hot Tub + Outdoor Charm
Summary:
I-40 runs right by us here in Kodak, Tennessee—kinda between Sevierville and Knoxville. Bass Pro and Smokies Stadium are only a few minutes out. Nights slow down once the traffic dies off. Some evenings you’ll catch frogs, other times it’s quiet enough to hear the wind hit the porch swing. The creek moves lazy behind the fire pit, and the hot tub’s just up from it. Feels like that easy Tennessee calm sneaks in before you realize.
The Space:
Cabin’s set back in the trees a bit. Not hidden, not out in the open either. Feels like its own place. You can hear the creek once the air cools off at night. Sometimes earlier if you’re outside.
Morning’s slow here. Coffee first. Bit of fog, maybe. A bird or two gets started before much else. Around noon the sun slips through the branches and warms the porch boards. Later the light fades, quiet drifts back in.
Night goes how you want. Fire pit. Hot tub. Or nothing but still air and stars.
Upstairs has a king bed and a full. No walls—just wood, air, open space. The tub up there has jets. Step outside and the shower’s tucked in the trees.
Downstairs there’s a small kitchen. A couch that’ll pull you into a nap. Light moves across the floor through most of the day.
Stop for a minute. Listen close. You’ll hear the creek before you see it.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy access, to the cabin its porch, the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor areas and a private parking spot. Check‑in details are sent once the reservation is confirmed.
The Neighborhood:
We’re out near Kodak, Tennessee. It’s a quick hop to Bass Pro Shops, the ballpark, and the I-40 exit. Knoxville’s one way, Sevierville the other. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg sit a bit past that. Good middle ground—you get the Smoky Mountains close but still have peace and quiet when you’re done exploring. Close enough for all the fun, far enough for real rest.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended. Parking is free on-site, and major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas are within a 20–40 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
In an effort to keep your out‑of‑pocket expenses to a minimum we skip the cleaning charge altogether. Please tidy up before checkout. Than a security deposit a $45 insurance policy is collected in lieu of a deposit. Once the reservation is locked in guests are expected to furnish an email address, a billing address and to e‑sign a agreement. Cancellation Policy: Strict – a 50 % refund is offered for any cancellation submitted 30 days ahead of the scheduled arrival. Should a cancellation occur within the 30‑day span nights that are not re‑booked are deemed non‑refundable. If we can rebook your dates we’ll refund the difference—. A processing fee and a one‑time $50 admin charge.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give guests complete privacy but are happy to assist when needed. You may see us tending to property upkeep or waving from a distance.
