Permanent Vacation is a beautiful all-wood interior cabin situated just a quick 8-mile drive from the Island in Pigeon Forge. This home is perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, and small family vacations.
The main floor has an electric fireplace, a pull-out sofa, and a half bath.

On the second level, the spacious master suite is complete with soaring cathedral ceilings, a full bath, a king-size bed, and a daybed for kids that need to be nearby.

The outdoor space is very serene and peaceful, the perfect place to kick back on our gliding rockers or relax in the covered hot tub

Perfect getaway

This cabin was cute and cozy and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Secluded, but not too far away from activities and attractions. Our only regret was not carving out time in our packed agenda to actually enjoy the cabin more.

Beautiful cabin.

We loved our stay there. It was very peaceful and quiet. The only thing that was a shock was how steep the driveway is. My car made it up there fine but boy I didn’t expect it 😂. We will definitely be renting through these owners again. They also have other cabins available. The owners respond really quick with any issue you have. Definitely recommend Over The Mountain Cabins and we will be staying with them again on our trip next year.

Peaceful retreat

Our hosts have a lovely home that was absolutely perfect. Everything was perfect as described by the owners. There were ample supplies of items that were needed. Absolutely so clean and so private. Another reason why we highly recommend it to anyone! 😊
