Fabulous private sea view villa with garden and infinity pool

The property is a private detached villa with a fantastic sea view.
It has an amazing master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. If you leave the blind up you can watch the sun rise or see the moon over the sea at night.
There is a peaceful garden where you can relax in the shade and look out to sea.
Each bedroom has direct access to different patios, affording some privacy to occupants of each bedroom (rooftop terrace, pool area, Lindian barbecue terrace).
You can relax by the pool area on a sunbed and cool off with a refreshing swim.
The well equipped kitchen allows you to cook for yourselves. You can also use the outdoor barbecue. And there is a range of lovely restaurants and tavernas nearby.
The local beach is only a five minute drive away or 20 minutes walk.
It is a perfect villa for relaxing in, but also can be used as a base for exploring the wonderful island of Rhodes.
We recommend hiring a car for getting around, although buses and taxis are available.
The villa is only ten minutes drive from the famous and pretty whitewashed town of Lindos with its clifftop acropolis and numerous restaurants and tavernas.

Wonderful villa in beautiful location 5 mins from Lindos (so handy to visit but could then escape to tranquility of own villa). Spacious, well equipped villa with own decent-sized pool. Host was extremely helpful answering questions and there was very generous welcome pack in fridge including bottle of local wine. Only caveat...beware marble floors can be very slippy if wet so wipe feet well before coming in!

July 2025 - our 16th stay in Kalathos

After so many summer vaccations spent in the Helios resort in Kalathos we can compare. The villa has the best arrangement which we have seen in the area. Recent reconstruction was well thought out and well done. Just a few things to point out: Large master bedroom in upper floor with amaizing view (not experienced in other villas in the resort); there is always a place to sit in shadow outside the villa during the day (not easy to find elsewhere); the endless pool arrangement; perfectly working new A/C units (not always the case in other villas)

Location of villa was excellent for visiting other parts of the island, getting to different beaches and eating at some great tavernas. We did hire a car which we would recommend. Well stocked supermarket five minute drive down the road. Villa itself was easy to find, well equipped and blessed with a beautiful pool with a view to the sea and terraces for sitting out. Friendly communication with the owner was always prompt and most helpful. Finally, the welcome pack awaiting us was very much appreciated owing to our late arrival due to flight times.

This is our holiday home in the sun. We love it and are delighted to share our second home with you when we are not there, The villa is mainly available for rental in the summer months of July and August.
As new owners of this villa we invite you to come and be our first guests and write us our first stunning reviews to get us off to a good start. The villa was successfully rented out by the previous owners over many years and our family members who came out last year absolutely loved it.

We love the peace and quiet, the privacy, swimming in the pool and in the sea, the outdoor life and enjoy the stunning views every day.

What makes this property unique

The villa features a large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a private sun terrace offering panoramic views of Kalathos bay. The undisturbed views of the sea are amazing and you can watch the sunrise from the comfort of your own bed.
