Villetta a stone's throw from the sea - Salento Reservation is a well-kept and comfortable holiday home solution, a few meters from the sea and with a sea view in Gallipoli, in the elegant context of an apartment complex in a semi-central position. The house on the ground floor has a large outdoor porch with sea view, with blackout sunshades, ideal for relaxing and enjoying lunch or dinner while enjoying the sunset. The villa has an air-conditioned living room with a relaxation area with a double sofa bed and an additional bed, a kitchen complete with every comfort (fridge with freezer, stove and pots and oven), a bathroom with a shower box, an air-conditioned double bedroom. The living area and bedroom overlook the sea-view veranda equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower, where you can be enchanted by the sea view and the magnificent sunsets.
The villa is in a privileged position because it is a stone's throw from the center, from Corso Roma (the main street of the city) and from the beach (the first beach characterized by a smooth and easily accessible cliff is accessible on foot, about 50 meters away, while traveling for 1.5 km you reach the most famous sandy coast of Gallipoli, which includes the beaches from Lido San Giovanni to Punta Pizzo).
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.
Garage reserved only for two-wheeled vehicles, free parking space is available at the front of the structure.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
