We arrived to a cold, dark house. The remote batteries for wall heaters were did, there were only a few fireplace logs, the heater in the kitchen did not work.

We would like to clarify that the bedroom heater remotes did have working batteries, and the kitchen heater was functioning — we explained its operation in person during your stay. As soon as you notified us of the low amount of firewood, we immediately brought additional logs.
Whenever a guest informs us of any issue, we always respond right away and do our best to resolve it on the spot. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving.
