Summary:
Aloha and welcome to our 3 bedroom condo, your home away from home! My family and I live on Maui and we are so excited to host your vacation. Don't get stuck with a major rental company that doesn't care about your individual group. We take pride in providing personal touches and making sure that we personally check on our condos to ensure your trip is the best it can be.

Unwind in almost 1200 sq ft. Plenty of space for everyone. New photos have been updated as of October 2023.
Our upstairs master has a queen sized bed and it own ensuite bathroom. There is a tv upstairs also, with a two closets. The downstairs master has a queen size bed and its own tv also. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a tv. You can opt to convert the two twins to a king upon request. There is a beautifully remodeled bathroom downstairs in between the two bedrooms. There is also a washer/dryer in the downstairs closet, to wash all those wet beach items. Take in the garden views from the wall of windows in the living room out to the lanai, or sit out on the lanai and enjoy the wonderful Maui weather.
Our kitchen is fully stocked an ready for you to prepare meals for your family. The living room and dining room are open to the kitchen so everyone can enjoy each other. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Relax here after a day in the sun and watch a movie or just sit on the lanai and enjoy the weather!
We provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards for your use. There is also tennis rackets and balls, as well as ping pong equipment for your onsite activity use.
There are 3 a/c units in this condo. one in the main living area, one in the upstairs master, and one in the downstairs queen room.
The KOA Resort is a beautiful property with a pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis courts and a BBQ area. The grounds are lush and very well maintained. There is beach access directly across the street, within walking distance. Located in central Kihei, the condo is close to lots of wonderful beaches, as well as restaurants and shopping.
We also provide a pack and play and high chair for guests use.
Guests can cancel with no charge up to 60 days before the stay. 60-30 days is a 50% cancellation fee. Under 30 days is 100% cancellations fee.

Fun Family Vacation in Kilea

Between easy access to the beach and the pool this was a perfect place to stay with a couple of grandkids (12 & 14 yrs). The host was very responsive to questions and great about communicating instructions for the condo. Plus she gave us great suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area.

Vacation Stay

We had a great time staying in B215! The property is nicely renovated and looks just as depicted in the pictures. The unit is centrally located to everything you might want to do on Maui. It was stocked with all amenities, including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. We really appreciated this! The property is also beautiful, with a great pool, hot tub, and wonderful views! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with 2 adults, two teens and two pre-teens. Was a great place to stay for a family. Balcony view was awesome, perfect place to kick back and read and wait for kids to get up. Pool was fun to use. Loved that we had all that we needed - lawn chairs, boogie board and a cooler on wheels that was well used. Great place and highly recommend this property. Communication with Angela was great.

Great location, perfect for a family!

We loved our stay at Angela’s place! 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds as well as a couch bed. Worked out great for my wife and I, our 4 kids and Grandmother. The kids loved being able to swim daily in the nice pool, and the short walk to the beach! Condo comes very well stocked with just about anything you will need. We bbq’d a lot, played ping pong and a little tennis, and enjoyed the friendly neighbors. Angela communicated great and really made the stay wonderful.

The reason we stayed at KOA is that my in-laws stayed in this “resort” for many years in a row starting back in the 90s. This particular unit is in real need of maintenance and updating. Nearly every drawer and cupboard in kitchen was misaligned and difficult to open and close. The frig also had broken door shelves and drawers. The bathrooms have fixtures that are broken in shower and toilet. We also had little sugar ants the last few days that invaded the kitchen cupboards and counters. The beds were fine and the AC was great to have with the beautiful sunny days. I communicated each of our concerns with the owners in hopes they will be addressed for future guests. As an owner myself, I believe you should continually update and upgrade rental units for the best guest experiences. The pool is large and a welcomed amenity!

My Son's Wedding Week

We rented Angela's VRBO for my son's wedding week. If you want an AMAZING communicator, she was the best. The condo had everything you would need. Kitchen was well equipped, and had almost anything else you could think of throughout. The mini split- heat pumps kept the condo throughout. It was also nice to have the washing machine and dryer during the week and to have everything clean before heading home. Kihei is a great town with amazing sunsets. Thank you for awesome communication and stay!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time. We loved the place. Kids used the sofa bed too. They had beach supplies some beach toys. Beach chairs. Umbrella was Not usable but we got our own tent. And everything can be rented in Kihei anyway. Location was great very close to restaurants and safeway and wailea beaches All kitchen supplies were in great shape we cooked some meals at home. Lanai faves the lawns and pool view. Pool was huge we didn’t get to use it much we eent once at night and it was cold so came out. Hot tub was out of order. Tennis courts next door. They had pickle ball lines too. We didn’t use the barbecue area. Beds were comfy could have used more linens and pillows Provided beach towels which was great. Parking was tight but we found a spot on property every night. There was recent flooding in Maui so cleaning operations were going on which contributed to lower number of.parking spots.

Staying in Kīhei genuinely seems like the best place to be when you’re visiting Maui for the first time. This condo worked out perfectly for my family, and it’s centrally located to most things that you’d want to do while here. Lahaina, Haleakalā, Road to Hana, Nakalele blowhole, beautiful beaches —all a 90 minute or less drive away. There are also TONS of delicious restaurant options just down the street. Angela, the host, was extremely accommodating. She checked in periodically, and when the coffee machine stopped working she immediately replaced it. The beach is a short walk from the condo, and pretty secluded (except at sunset — don’t miss that!) Overall, great stay.

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO and this one worked for our needs but is not for everyone. The spiral staircase to get to the upstairs bedroom was a little tricky with suitcases hauling the up and down. The room with 2 twins beds was quite small but my teens managed. The downstairs toilet needs some work. You had to hold the handle all the way down to flush. The kitchen had been updated with a large table and counter tops. The unit had a nice cooler to haul around for day trips. There was some beach gear there chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. The boogie boards could be replaced due to tearing and use. Over all again the unit worked for our needs but I would suggest that the owners do some major updating to the unit.

There was a 8 of us and the condo was a beautiful 3 bedroom plenty of space. Perfect location didn't have to drive to far to do anything. Loved how if we had any questions or concerns it was easy to get a hold of the property owner she was on top of everything which was very nice. I would definitely stay and recommend this condo.

Great space for a group

Husband and I stayed here with 4 friends to celebrate our 10th anniversary and Christmas. The space was great for six adults. We enjoyed the proximity to beaches and dining. Communication from the property manager was fantastic. Some previous reviews mentioned the room with twin beds being warm but my friends were comfortable, though you can rent a portable ac by the day if needed. Enjoyed not having to keep track of a physical key. We loved having a washer and dryer in unit. The condo was stocked with nearly everything we could have needed. Our “cons” are petty but I will list them to keep things in perspective. I could not find oven mitts, had to use place mats. The dining chairs sag. We had multiple group meals otherwise this wouldn’t have been an issue. The only real issue we had was with the WiFi. Five of the six of us work in tech and battled with the WiFi for most of the stay. The router may need an upgrade as only four devices would stay connected. When connected, there was no issue with lag or speed. Our standards are high in this matter so this may not be an issue for others. Overall this was an amazing value for the space. We were comfortable and made some cherished memories over Christmas. Thank you!

Unfortunately this condo was much less desirable than we anticipated. Yes it is an older place but being dated does not mean that things can not be kept up and kept clean. The beach chairs were abysmal - broken and unsafe, various burned out light bulbs, burned out smoke detector battery, broken screen, dusty fans and dirty sinks and mold in the bathrooms. Some of these issues were dealt with when I contacted the property manager - but I should not have had to do this in the first place. The managers should be doing more thorough check ups prior to renters coming in.
