Villa Rosas is a beautiful mediterranean style villa with private swimming pool very well located in Ciudad Quesada within 5 minutes walking distance to the centre, the main street and all the amenities!



The villa is equipped with internet/WiFi and the main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room with American kitchen and a wonderful terrace with views of the private pool and garden. You also have a 4th bedroom with two single sofa-beds in the turret which is accessed through the solarium.



Outside you have a beautiful garden with BBQ area, private swimming pool, covered parking and garage.



The villa is ideally situated in a quiet area but at the same time just 5 minutes walking from the Main Street and the centre of Ciudad Quesada where you will find all the amenities you need including various restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops... The golf course 'La Marquesa' is just 5 minutes drive away and the beautiful Guardamar beach is just 10 minutes drive away!
