The 1500 sqft Apt is upstairs and has 5 rooms, with 2 bedrooms, Living room, TV room dinning room, Kitchen. Master has one Beauty Rest Queen and 2nd BR is a queen and a Twin XL. Smart TV room, family room, with a balcony views of the train caboose, Feather River and local mountains.
