We had a wonderful stay at Vittorio and Marie's cottage! The view really was stunning! We could look out at the ocean while cooking dinner, or eating at the table or relaxing in the living room. We also managed to climb down to the rocky beach and loved being able to swim a short walk from the house. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We were able to cook in comfort and get everyone a shower or a bath. It was cosy for 8 people, but definitely big enough to work well. Any appliance you might need was provided and the internet was strong. We had a nice TV for when a big game was on but barely wanted it the other days. There were even a few beach toys, board games and a pair of hurleys to keep the kids engaged. It was such a beautiful place to be and a wonderful house to allow staying in this beautiful place for while. Our hosts made it easy to check in an out and provided everything we could use for a great stay.I think this house would be great for an extended family like ours or for two families of four people to share. I strongly recommend this house!

Location, location, location! This property is located on the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way in an holiday home community and is a quick drive to the nearby town of Clonakilty for groceries, restaurants and other necessaries. The beach and nearby rolling hills are an easy walk from the property. The view from the deck is stunning - we spent most of our time on the deck when we weren’t out sight-seeing. The property’s furnishings are modest, and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy the amazing view. The owners were very helpful and responsive to any of our requests.
