We’re very surprised by your comments, as they do not reflect the condition of our property or the experience we strive to provide. Our property is professionally cleaned and inspected before every check-in, including the replacement of all linen with freshly laundered sets.
Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have immediately addressed any concerns, but unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to do so. The vast majority of our guests have praised both the cleanliness and quality of the accommodation, which makes this feedback highly unusual.
While we’re glad you enjoyed the location, we must respectfully disagree with your review, as it does not accurately represent the standards of our property or our commitment to guest satisfaction.
