About this property
Private Comfortable Loft Apt in Superb Period Home 5 mins walk to Finsbury Park
The perfect place to lay your head and hang out after a day exploring London and the local area.
A gorgeous flat in a converted loft of a period family property.
It has a great location, just 5 minutes walk to Finsbury Park and excellent transport links (Piccadilly, Victoria Line, overground, and buses) and Crouch End’s fantastic local restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.
Our home is a gorgeous and spacious newly renovated Victorian terraced house and we have built a loft conversion into a flat with its own separate private kitchen and bathroom to rent out.
Although we share the same entrance, you will have sole use of the top floor giving the feel of a private apartment. Please note there are 45 steps to climb but it is well worth it!
You will have access to a decent-sized bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, drawers and hanging space for clothes, a dedicated working area, and a comfortable sofa for 2 with a 40" TV. The sofa can be converted to a small double which we can arrange for extra guests at an additional cost.
On the same floor, right next to your bedroom is a bathroom with a stand-up shower, loo, sink with storage and a mirrored cabinet.
There is also a small kitchen, well equipped for your everyday needs with a breakfast bar to sit and enjoy your food.
If you are after a 2nd bedroom, we may have one available on another floor for an extra cost - contact us for more details before requesting a booking if you would like the two rooms.
This is our family home - we have a 3 and 5-year-old daughter. If you are apprehensive about booking due to our daughters if it helps, they both go to bed at 7.30pm. They wake up usually around 7am when we go downstairs after they are dressed. Due to the location of the loft apartment, you should be out of earshot.
There is paid-for street parking that we can get as residents - please just ask so we can sort this for you.
Depending on our availability we may be able to offer meals at an additional cost. Please enquire.
It is worth noting we sometimes dog sit and we have our gorgeous 'step-dog' Remy usually one day a week, but dogs are only allowed on the bottom floor so won’t be anywhere near your space.
Although this truly shouldn't affect your stay, if you have any questions regarding this or to check if we have a dog during your stay get in touch.
We look forward to helping you make the most of your stay!
