Picture perfect property with everything you need for a short break or an extended stay. Extremely well equipped. Hosts were excellent sent an full and complete list of instructions & included useful contacts like emergency vets/doctors, etc, recommended places to visit or eat in. All equipment was in perfect condition & all good quality. Outside there was a lovely orchard & communal garden plus a very delightful back garden. It's location is also great, 20 minutes from M5 Exeter jct and in between two delightful towns of Sidmouth and Exmouth. A perfect base to explore East Devon.
