You'll be treated to a large garden filled with fruit trees, a wood-fired grill and a shaded dining terrace for enjoying your culinary creations, and a beautiful location a short distance from sandy beaches and bustling seaside promenades!

What's nearby: This home is located in the seaside resort town of Juan Les Pins, 1.5km north of sandy beaches on the Mediterranean Sea. You'll be 2 km walk from the historic center of Antibes and 5km north of the iconic rocky shorelines of Cap d'Antibes. The house is also only 10km east of Cannes, where you'll find the famous Promenade de la Croisette, an abundance of shopping and dining, and the full glamour of the Cannes Film Festival each May.
