This spacious 3-bedroom apartment is located just blocks from the beach in one of Antibes' premier neighborhoods. It is conveniently situated on an elegant boulevard adjacent to the old town, on the 6th floor, with two balconies and a secured elevator to its eight stories and parking garage. Its front balcony has a large table for al fresco dining with a view of the sea. There is private parking.
The apartment makes a perfect home base for exploring the city on foot, or for roaming further afield on day trips to Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo, and more. You can easily walk to the town's many restaurants, deep water marina, open air markets, museums and local beaches. The train and bus stations are also within walking distance.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have French doors leading to either the front or rear balconies. Other rooms include a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a second bathroom and a separate W.C. Furnishings are a tasteful mix of antique and contemporary pieces. There is an underground parking garage, with a private garage door securing the apartment's enclosed parking space.

Located on the 6th floor, there are 2 large balconies, one of which has views of the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a secured underground garage parking space.
