Floor: - Bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200cm) as well as a bathroom (shower, sink and WC) of 40m2. Many recognized restaurants are in the villages or towns surrounding the above-mentioned property, like less than 5km, in Lorquin, Saint-Quirin, Niderhoff, Hattigny; less than 10 km, in Sarrebourg, Abreschviller, Héming; between 15 and 25 km, at the Col du Donon, Langatte, Phalsbourg, Dabo, Saverne, etc. The nearby forest also offers sporting activities (walks, hikes, cycling, etc.). Cycle paths nearby. You can also simply relax and fish on site. Unoverlooked, comfortable and welcoming for holidaymakers who respect the environment and nature, this unusual accommodation opens onto a beautiful pond that gives this property all its charm. Nature-friendly cleaning products supplied (crockery, showers, cleaning). The master bedroom is upstairs - the living area on the ground floor has a single bed and a sofa bed. Please note: the owner can lend you his boat and a horse can roam around the pond. Also, swimming is strictly prohibited in the pond.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
