Review of Villas at White House Villas

The commincation in the lead up and during our stay was very good, thank you! The location was great, just 100m from the pebble beach and less than 10 minute walk into the lovely village. The pool was very big, bigger than we have had at previous villas elsewhere. There were a few negatives: If you are planning on staying with young children (under 10), the second bedroom is in the basement.....three sets of stairs away from the main bedroom. This is not mentioned in the listing and there are no photos of the basement bedroom. The window in the upstairs bathroom couldn't close, the latch is broken. The second door out to the pool wouldnt open, the catch is snapped off. There were many ants around the seal of the pool. There were a couple of other little niggly bits, that a villa of this cost shouldnt really have. The air con is on its last legs, barely noticeable in the living rooma and main bedroom! But saying all of that, i wouldn' let any of the small things put you off at all........we absolutely loved our stay, the villa was very clean and the location was spot on! Thank you very much.
