Our stay was exactly what we wanted. It was peaceful, private, gated and safe with variety of swimming pools. We were able to watch out kids directly from the balcony and easily get them what they needed. The grounds itself is clean nicely tailored. Security and staff were friendly. There’s direct beach access, however I would caution young kids who don’t listen well as the waters were sometimes a little rough and there’s no lifeguard but beautiful private beach with lots of built in shade from palm trees. The place was well stocked. Exactly how it is on the listing. Great chill alternative for a family or group that’s not a crazy crowded full of tourist.

We had a very enjoyable week-long stay at this 3-bedroom property in Puerto Rico. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were especially comfortable—something we always appreciate while traveling.The location is a bit removed from many of the main attractions, so having a rental car is highly recommended if you want to fully explore the area. That said, once we had transportation, getting around was easy and the quieter location was nice for relaxing.The pool areas are a little dated, but they were well maintained and the kids had a great time using them. Our only suggestion for improvement would be updating the living room couch/seating, as it was not as comfortable as the rest of the home.We also appreciated that the host respected guests’ privacy—we did not need any in-person interaction during our stay, which made the experience feel very easy and relaxed while still knowing assistance was available if needed.Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the area—especially those planning to rent a car and explore Puerto Rico.

Loíza Rental

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described and perfectly fit all our needs! A great location outside of San Juan but adjacent to many places we wanted to visit within a short drive. I really appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with the host and how helpful they were! Everything was communicated well and we had no issues whatsoever.
