Disponible para alquiler de vacaciones es nuestro piso familiar totalmente reformado que se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada en Jávea. Jávea en sí es una atracción maravillosa, 300 días de sol al año, increíbles instalaciones, servicios, restaurantes, playas e instalaciones deportivas.Es fácilmente accesible a través de la AP-7 des de Valencia o Alicante, y aproximadamente 1 hora de cualquiera de los aeropuertos.

Available for vacation rental is our fully reformed family apartment which is in a premier location in Jávea.
Jávea itself is a wonderful attraction, 300 days of sunshine a year, amazing facilities, amenities, restaurants, beaches and sporting facilities. It is easily accessible via AP-7 from either Valencia or Alicante, and approximately 1 hour from either airport.

Una vez en el apartamento ya no es necesario el coche, ya que todo está disponible a pie - ya sea en las inmediaciones del Puerto, o un paseo de 15 minutos a lo largo de la costa hasta las playas de arena del Arenal o en la otra dirección, hasta los edificios históricos y los mercados en el casco antiguo. On arrival into our place in Jávea, there is actually no more need for the car - everything is available on foot - whether in the immediate Port vicinity, or a 15minute walk along the coast to the sandy beaches Arenal or in the other direction, up to the historic buildings and the markets in the Old Town.
There are numerous wonderful bars and restaurants, as well as the fish market in the Marina, multiple grocery stores, and other convenience stores and amenities all in easy walking distance. The town has wonderful fiestas to enjoy with family and friends throughout the year and many are right here in the Port, and in the Old Town there is also the famous Jazz festival.

El piso está situado en uno de los edificios más bonitos del centro del Puerto. A la entrada de la calle hay un atractivo patio con palmeras y asientos. Dentro de la entrada del edificio hay amplios y limpios interiores de mármol con ascensor y escaleras a todas las plantas. También hay acceso a la azotea comunitaria que tiene vistas panorámicas en todas las direcciones, al mar, a lo largo de la costa hasta Cap de la Nau, la montaña del Montgó y el casco antiguo.El edificio también dispone de aparcamiento en la calle junto al edificio y acceso completo sin escalones desde la calle hasta el piso, por lo que la movilidad y la accesibilidad es óptima y cómoda para todos los miembros de la familia, ya sea para el equipaje, las compras, las sillas de ruedas, los cochecitos o el equipamiento deportivo. También hay cerca una prestigiosa tienda de bicicletas donde se pueden alquilar bicicletas de diferentes especificaciones.

The apartment itself is in one of easily the nicest buildings right in the middle of the Port. At the street entrance there is an attractive courtyard with palms and within the building entrance there are spacious and clean marble interiors with both a lift and stairs to all floors. There is also access to the communal roof which has full panoramic outlooks in every directions, to the sea, the full coastline down to the Cap de la Nau, the Montgo mountain and the Old Town.
The building also offers street parking next to the building and full step-free access from the street to the apartment, so mobility and accessibility is optimal and convenient for all members of the family, whether for luggage, shopping, wheelchairs, push-chairs or sports equipment. There is also a prestigious bike shop very close where one can rent bikes of different specifications.

El piso ofrece una muy buena distribución y está conectado a través de un largo pasillo que ofrece a todos los ocupantes facilidad, privacidad, comodidad y espacio. El hall de entrada y el pasillo conectan el dormitorio principal en un extremo del piso, con los dos cuartos de baño en el centro y luego la sala de estar y el segundo dormitorio en el otro extremo del piso.

Hay dos espacios al aire libre, el salón acogedor y soleado con puertas francesas que dan a un balcón donde uno puede sentarse y tomar un café. Hay amplios asientos en el salón con un sofá, y una mesa de comedor independiente. El salón se abre a través de puerta encajada la recién instalada totalmente equipada marca comer en la cocina. La cocina está totalmente equipada, con nuevas unidades de alta especificación, encimeras de granito, nevera-congelador, lavavajillas, vitrocerámica con campana extractora y horno eléctrico. También hay otros aparatos encimera para mayor comodidad, un hervidor de acero inoxidable, microondas, olla arrocera y freidora de aire para comer cómodamente en casa. Hay otra mesa de comedor para cuatro personas.La cocina también se abre a una zona de lavandería donde se pueden almacenar artículos de playa y colgar toallas de playa. Hay una lavadora en el lavadero. Para mayor comodidad también hay una excelente lavandería y varias tintorerías excelentes dentro de un 2-3 minutos a pie que pueden proporcionar servicio de lavados.

Hay una buena distribución de ventanas y suelos de mármol en todo el piso. Para mayor comodidad hay aparatos de aire acondicionado en el dormitorio principal y en el salón, así como ventiladores de techo eléctricos en ambos dormitorios y de nuevo en el salón.Los dormitorios están totalmente equipados con ropa de cama fresca. Hay un cuarto de baño completo con bañera y ducha y también hay un medio baño separado.  Los baños están totalmente equipados con toallas limpias.

The apartment offers a very good layout and is connected via a long hallway which offers all occupants ease, privacy, comfort and space. The entrance vestibule and hallway connects the main bedroom at the one end of the apartment, with both bathrooms in the middle and then the living room and second bedroom at the end of the apartment. There are two outside spaces, the welcoming and sunny lounge with french doors which open out to a balcony where one can sit & take a coffee. There is ample seating in the lounge with a sofa, and a separate dining table. The lounge opens via pocket doors to the fully fitted brand newly installed eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted, with new high specification units, granite worktops, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, hob with extractor fan and electric oven. There are also additional electric worktop appliances for convenience, a stainless steel kettle, a microwave, a rice cooker and air fryer for simple stay-at-home dining. There is another dining table set here again for four people.
The kitchen also opens out to a utility area where one can stow beach items and hang beach towels. There is a washing machine in the utility. For additional convenience there is also an excellent laundromat and several excellent dry cleaners within a 2-3 minute walk which can provide serviced washes.

There is good distribution of windows and marble floors throughout the whole apartment. For comfort there are air conditioning units in the main bedroom and lounge as well as fitted electric ceiling fans in both bedrooms and again in the lounge. The bedrooms are fully stocked with fresh linens. There is both a full bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower and there is also a separate half bathroom. The bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels.

Everything is prepared thoroughly and with care by our excellent check-in team on arrival and throughout the visit. We observe updated housekeeping & house-cleaning rules.
Our property manager is fully fluent in Spanish, English, German and French languages. Overall we aim to ensure that visitors have a comfortable stay and base from which to explore this particularly lovely town in the Valencia region of Mediterranean Spain.

The property was like the photos, clean and very fresh despite the heatwave. I had an issue with the A/C that was fixed in 24h. VERY good Communication with Neil, Miriam and Juan. Great location near all necessary shops & restaurants in Jávea port area.
