Holiday apartment in the port of Jávea with stunning sea views and views of Cape San Antonio.



Wake up with the dawn facing the Mediterranean and enjoy breakfast on one of the two terraces of the apartment. Cross the street to bathe on the beach and savour a paella by the sea on the lively harbour promenade.



The Victoria apartment in Jávea is a modern duplex with private entrance from the street, garden, communal swimming pool, free WiFi and garage parking in one of the best areas of the port. On the ground floor you will find a furnished terrace, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, kettle...) and courtesy toilet.



On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one double room with a private bathroom and a whirlpool bath, and another with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have access to a perfect terrace for relaxing with unbeatable views. From the garage, both floors are accessed by lift.



We take hygiene very seriously: cleaning is carried out by professionals and all bedding and towels are treated by a specialised industrial laundry.



The urbanisation is closed and quiet, with spacious landscaped areas and a large swimming pool. Just 50 metres away, water activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking or jet skis can be practised.



In front of the apartment, you have access to two beaches: La Grava, calm and with a blue flag, and the First Muntanyar, with rough stone and crystal-clear waters, ideal for snorkelling and enjoying a unique sunrise. Both have services such as lifeguards, sunbeds, and beach bars with a great atmosphere.



In the vicinity, you will find beach clubs such as La Siesta and Montgo di Bongo, where you can eat, dine or have a drink with live music and the Mediterranean as a backdrop.



The port and the fish market are a stroll away. There you can acquire fresh fish directly from the sea.

Beautiful seaview!

A great place to stay for a few daysa longer vacation! Beautiful seaview, you can watch the sunrise from your bedterrace. Close to nice restaurants and beach. Comfortable beds and a very clean appartement. We loved our stay!

Good views!

The view is to die for right on the sea right at the entrance to the port area and within a Mile of the Arenal it is a nice apartment.

Gorgeous, perfect place to stay

Welcome and friendly Diana & Alan, gorgeous location. Accommodation clean and well presented with a lovely feel to it. Gorgeous pool. Peaceful and relaxing with only a 25 meters to a beach and the fantastic dawn. Would recommend to all. Linda.

LOVELY and comfortable apartment in Javea

We just stayed 1 week in this LOVELY apartment. Quiet and beautiful area but also near Port promenade. Perfect location. It has been so comfortable!! Charming decoration and very well mantained, this 2 bedroom apartment is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation in Javea!. Outstanding view, a lovely and homely house and last but not least a very warm and friendly welcome.

Lovely views

Lovely views, and wonderfully calm and quiet environment to spend some days in. Easy walking distance to a range a beautiful beaches. Excellent communication and treatment both from Diana before, during and after our stay. If we return to Javea, we’d have no hesitation about staying again. Russell.

The location! What a location.

The view is to die for right on the sea right at the entrance to the port area and within a Mile of the Arenal. It goes out direct onto the street and feels safe. There is a large swimming pool area at the back which is communal. Nice apartament.

Great location

This apartment is in one of the best locations in Javea Port, overlooking the sea and adjacent to the town. A well appointed accommodation that could possibly benefit from the addition of more comfortable seating arrangements, but this is a small point and possibly only important because we were there in the winter. Otherwise highly recommended.

A really fabulous place in a great location.

A really fabulous place in a great location. Only 15 meters to the beach. Diana is excellent at communicating and recommending places to eat, and check in was straightforward. The apartment is well equipped to make easy lunches and has everything you need for a holiday stay. it was just perfect for us, the size, location and the interior design gives it a special touch. Super nicely done! The balcony with sea view was a lovely place to sit on late afternoon to relax for read a book. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent!

Booked to stay in this apartment for 5 nights at the end of May. Apartment is in prime location giving access to Javea Port with no need for a car. Fantastic views of the sea. Accommodation is excellent, although we did not make full use of the kitchen facilities as we were only there for 5 nights. We would like to thank Diana and Alan for their warm welcome on arrival which was late as night, it was much appreciated. No hesitation in recommending this apartment to others.

Stunning

The location! The view is stunning. If you want, you can lift the shutters and, from bed, watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean. If you get the chance, do it, life is short after all. The apartment itself is modern, classy, well equipped, and very clean. Vicente, and his team looked after us very well. I unreservedly recommend this host, and will be back. Thank you!

Fantastic location!

This was my second stay in this apartment in the past couple months. It is in a fantastic location, so close to the sea that you can hear the surf from both of the apartment’s terraces. Also a very easy walk to everything in the port area, including restaurants, bars and shopping. I was met at check-in by Diana and Alan, who kindly gave me the keys and offered to store my things before they had finished preparing the apartment. Communication with them and with Vicente was perfect, and they checked with me just after my arrival and on the day of departure to make sure everything was okay. This is a really beautiful and romantic place to stay in Jávea!

We will definitely return!

This is really a beautiful and amazing apartment in an enviable beachfront location right next to the Port of Javea, with a view of the Mediterranean (just 100 feet away) from each of the two terraces. Restaurants and many shopping options, including the fish market, are within a few minutes walk. We had a car and appreciated the convenience of the indoor parking space that comes with the apartment. The location allows easy access to all that Javea has to offer, but is also relatively peaceful because it is removed from the Arenal Beach area and all of the commercial and tourist activity there. Vicente is a very kind and friendly host and was there to meet us when we arrived. Communication was great from beginning to end, and his response time was very quick. Check in and check out were super-easy. We will definitely return!

La estancia ha sido correcta La ubicación de la vivienda,distribución muy buena. Si tuviera que poner un pero sería solo la limpieza,no creo que deba alquilarse la vivienda limpiada a correprisas en nuestra entrada y en nuestra salida, Ganaría muchos enteros si en lugar de ir corriendo para que salgan unos y entren otros corriendo dedicaran más tiempo a la limpieza. La vivienda no estaba limpia. Cuando llegamos a las 17:30 estaba limpiando una señora la casa y se le notaba con prisas porque llegábamos Nos tocó lavar toda la vajilla de nuevo al llegar y cuando salimos nosotros (11:30)entraba otra familia a las 14:30,es materialmente imposible tenerla limpia en tan poco tiempo Por lo demás no tengo más que buenas palabras y recomendarla pero sería de 10 si se cuidará ese detalle de la limpieza.

El apartamento tiene unas vistas espectaculares y esta todo muy cerca. Nos atendieron muy bien y todo estaba muy limpio. La ropa de cama está muy limpia y planchada. Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena.

Fantastic views to the sea

Wow! Amazing property. Hotspot location - excellent positioning to all local restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets. Sparkling clean, with modern living and outdoor space. Check in was easy, Diane contacted me prior and then kindly met me at the property, showed me around which was hugely appreciated. It was lovely meeting Diane and having her continuously contactable via (Hidden by Airbnb) gave great peace of mind that I was in good hands. The property had everything i needed and more! Waking up to the sunrise and sleeping to the sunset was incredible! The views was stunning!!!! The area is vibrant during the daytime and peaceful during the night. The beds were very comfortable and wardrobe space was perfect. Vicente is an amazing host and was very accomidating, prompt and helpful throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Victoria Port. I have stayed in a fair few apartments and villas in Javea and surrounding areas, this was my absolute favourite! Wholeheartedly recommebd to all, a home away from home

Buen apartamento para el verano en Jávea

Nos gustó mucho la piscina. Estaba muy limpia y estábamos solos casi siempre. Nos gustó el bar cercano que se llama La Esquina y habían buenos restaurantes cercanos. Contemplar el amanecer mientras se desayuna en la terraza de arriba es inolvidable.
