This beautiful 5 BR, 3 BA Beach House is only one street from the beach and in an ideal location to all Ocean Lakes amenities! About a minute walk to stick your toes in the sand and enjoy the ocean. The water park complex is within walking distance also. There are two spacious decks, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room to socialize or relax. The master bedroom is located on the main level with four additional rooms on the upper level. There are three full baths plus an outside hot shower to rinse off after the beach. The washer/dryer are located on the main level for your convenience. Derby Shores Beach House has free wifi and each room has its own TV. Wonderful place to stay!

This property really checked all the boxes for our group! The beds were comfortable, each queen room had a ceiling fan and TV and the quad bunk room was perfect for our kids! The property was very clean and it was stocked with the essentials, including sheets! The location was great too, right by the park and beach. Overall a wonderful stay! 10/10 would stay here again!

C-12 Seahorse Lane

We had a great stay the first weekend in March. We had 10 in our group (6 adults, 4 kids ages 7-14) and the house was enough space for all of us. Connie was very easy to work with. We really like Ocean Lakes and loved that we were one block away from the basketball courts, beach, and playground.

Perfect location

The house was near the beach access Which was handicapped accessible. Perfect for those with walking difficulties like me The house set up worked very well for us.
