Spacious apartment on the first line of Poniente beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the establishment. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with shower and 1 with shower and hairdryer) and capacity for 6 people.

Accommodation of 105m², less than 500 metres from the old town, with views of the pool and garden.



It has a lift, 15 m² of glazed terrace, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, communal and children's swimming pool open during season (from Holy Week to October), paddle court (equipment not included), 1 parking space in the same building, 3 TVs (Smart TV), iron.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of Burger King.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card or in cash if necessary.

- Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

- Check-out before 11:00

- Pets are allowed with a supplement of €10 per night with a maximum cost of €50 per booking.

Excellent, A hidden gem perfect stay for families

The apartment was fantastic, spacious and very clean. We are family of 7 and the apartment size was perfect as we have 5 teenagers!!! There’s enough room for them all to spread out and not get on each other’s nerves lol!!! It has 2 bathrooms which was a god send when you’re all trying to get ready. Fantastic location, over the road from the beach and easy walk down into the old town. You felt very safe and the buildings was very secure. The pool area was great we enjoyed many days round the pool and in it. There wasn’t anything not to like!! We will be back! I can’t think of one negative!!!

Hemos llegado de pasar unos días en Benidorm y nos alojamos en este precioso apartamento , es muy muy grande las habitaciones fenómeno la cocina de lujo no le falta nada , todo tipo de ollas , sartenes , juegos de tazas varios , juego de platos varios horno super limpio , todo genial los baños completos y las zonas ajardinadas muy bien , y la playa enfrente del portal Yo pedí 3 habitaciones y solo dentro del apartamento tienen 2 , las otras 2 habitaciones están en la terraza que tienen cerrada para el verano está genial pero ahora en invierno hace frío para dormir ahí , aún a si nos apañamos con las 2 habitaciones de dentro de la casa porque éramos 3 personas
