Relais du Lac is an elegant residence with a swimming pool, ideal for a relaxing stay on Lake Garda. It offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments , perfect for couples and families.
The modern-design pool , resembling an oasis, is suitable for both children and adults, featuring a shallow area and a deeper section. The large sun terrace enjoys sunlight for most of the day and is equipped with reserved sun loungers .
Covered garages are available upon reservation, as well as an unattended bicycle storage area .
Please note that the residence is not a hotel : there are no reception, restaurant, or extra services provided. Each apartment is unique in layout, furnishings, and amenities. During booking, you can choose the accommodation that best suits your needs — and that will be exactly the apartment where you will stay .
The property is fully automated : check-in is carried out via self check-in , and instructions will be sent by our customer care after completing the mandatory fast check-in .
Its central and strategic location makes it easy to visit Sirmione and Desenzano , with excellent connections to other main towns around the lake. However, having a car is highly recommended to move around comfortably. A supermarket is just two minutes away on foot , and the nearest beach is only 500 meters from the residence.

Descriptions and Rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in form via email to receive information for access to the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal information, sign the mandatory contract with the accommodation online, and complete facial recognition.
The contract will explicitly state that a credit card deposit is required to cover any damages.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that we will answer your phone after 10:00 PM.
Stays cannot exceed 30 nights.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not permitted.
City tax is mandatory to be paid by credit/debit card.
Amount per day, per person, per night, to be paid via payment link at the time of fast check-in.
