Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I have demanded a refund. I could not stay on the property because the conditions were awful, and the propery was not in good shape. Completely unresponsive staff and the flat was in bad condition part of the floor was missing, no curtain on he living room only a shower curtain badly placed. The washer did not work and had dirty clothes. I expect a full refund.
