The Queen Ann Mansion was the original home built on what was then farm land in 1905 and is now known as the Historic Wallace Woods neighborhood of Covington Kentucky. This piece of history is set up to host and entertain large or small groups alike with group size ranging from 6-26. This home includes 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, dining space that will seat your entire group, and a large living room with a custom oversized U-shaped couch. The exterior of the home boast a "country" style front porch perfect for rocking and swinging, an outdoor living area that includes dining tables, fire pit, giant yard chess, connect 4 and a hot tub. This house is located in an old historic neighborhood with tree-lined streets and is conveniently located to outstanding local eateries, breweries and shopping. Come experience the charm and elegance of this circa 1905 painted lady mansion furnished with gorgeous woodwork, butler's pantry, fireplace and more.

This is a wonderful, roomy, comfortable home. The beds were big and comfortable and more than enough for the 17 of us. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of street parking (the city does street cleaning - one side on Monday morning and the other side on Tuesday morning) The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and silverware - even had sugar, salt, pepper and spices). We were there during a big storm and were without power for several days. We found 3 big candles and played games by candlelight. We would stay here again.

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 5 generations and 18 adults/kids and we had plenty of room. Teens claimed the sun room, everyone claimed the front porch, loved having enough room for everyone to eat at supper time in the dining room. The fire pit was the s'more gathering place, neighborhood was wonderful, lovely quaint historic downtown area was an added bonus, we loved Farmer's Market. We had everything we needed to cook meals, plenty of towels in bathrooms, etc. We wouldn't think twice about booking again. Great family vacation venue. Close to restaurants, shopping, Kings Island, Zoo, airport, and much more. Owners were awesome and helpful in navigating area.

The Queen Ann home was lovely and provided plenty of room for our family to relax, cook, and play. The outdoor space in back of house was spacious, peaceful and beautiful along with the front porch for just hanging out and visiting. Parking was never an issue and the neighborhood felt safe and was gorgeous. We had plenty of nice walks admiring the homes and gardens. Our host was available with any questions we had and made our stay just perfect with the lovely accommodations. We highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this house. It is absolutely fabulous for big groups and it's so beautiful and historic. We had a little trouble with a toilet but it was on our last day so it wasn't a hindrance to an amazing trip. We used this house for our visit to the area for the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter.

The house is beautiful and very large. With eight bedrooms and five bathrooms our whole family was very comfortable. There is a huge couch downstairs and a dining room with plenty of tables and chairs. The host was very responsive. We are going to book it again next year for our family Christmas
