About this property
Golden Goose Huge 5+ BR 3 bath 3 Miles to Cincy
Bring the whole crew! The Golden Goose is just 3 miles to downtown Cincy, located in Covington, Ky. The home boasts huge gathering spaces including an 8' pool table room, hearth room, kitchen, and enormous great room/dining room. Wake up and enjoy coffee on the large deck! This 5-bed, 3-bath home includes a well-appointed interior with all of the comforts of home. 4-5 off-street parking spots in the driveway! The perfect place for your group to enjoy the Cincinnati area!
This is a well maintained and updated 150-year-old house that we call the Golden Goose because it was originally a farmhouse for a goose farm. It is completely updated and beautifully decorated. Tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The Golden Goose is an amazing property. We chose this home because of its massive size and great proximity to downtown and the area of Covington. The whole extended family or group of friends can fit comfortably and enjoy a great time together. The showstopper is the huge family/dining room that walks out to a large deck. You will spend most of your time here, gathering, laughing, and taking in the seasonal view of Cincinnati. Enjoy your time in a comfortable and stylish space. There are also ample amounts of fluffy towels, clean linens, and little extras that make this place feel like home. You may never want to leave! The property has 3 floors, see the breakdown below:

Location description:
Nice quiet urban residential neighborhood close to downtown Cincinnati and all that it has to offer. We are also a few miles from Covington Main Strauss Village which is home to many restaurants and bars and the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. Newport on the Levee entertainment district and the aquarium are also nearby. The Arc encounter is approx 40-minute drive and the Creation Museum is a 20-minute drive away.
Things to note:
There is not a bathtub in the house, but the 2nd-floor shower has a handheld shower wand. There is also a baby tub and child-size tub that can be placed inside the shower to make it easier for bathing children.
Absolutely no pets allowed due to host health issues.

About the host
Hosted by Tara and Adam

Hello and welcome to our property! The Golden Goose is owned by Steve and Linda. They have been married for 30+ years and have two daughters, two son in laws, and one grandchild. After a 10 year stint in the 80s in sunny California, Steve and Linda returned back to Cincinnati to raise their family. Steve is and Engineer, and Linda retired from Physical Therapy after 30 years. They own three short term rental properties in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area and love interacting with all of the groups that come to their homes.
The property is managed by myself, Tara, and my husband Adam (Steve and Linda's daughter and son-in-law). We will be communicating with you before, during, and after your stay. My husband and I are both in education, he is a 5th grade social studies teacher and I am a school counselor. We live in Northern Kentucky and love to help my parents host so many great groups of people. We spend most of our free time working on our 125 year old house, and exploring all of the sights and sounds NKY has to offer.
