On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom.

The living room features two comfortable sofas, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table.

To prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The property's highlight is the terrace with a peaceful garden complete with a barbecue, perfect for hosting unforgettable gatherings.

The first floor boasts three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a powder room for guest convenience. Each bedroom has a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and ample wardrobe space. One bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and a balcony for privacy and relaxation.

The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Private parking is available, making it convenient for guests with their vehicles.

The property is situated in a stunning coastal area rich with natural beauty and local charm. Just a short walk away is Praia de Mira Beach, a long stretch of sandy shoreline with clear waters perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. The beach is lined with dunes and amenities such as cafés and restaurants, making it an ideal spot for both families and solo travellers looking to relax by the sea.

Nearby, the Mira Lagoon (Lagoa de Mira) offers a serene natural setting where visitors can enjoy activities like kayaking, fishing, and bird-watching. The lagoon is surrounded by picnic areas and scenic trails, creating an excellent option for a peaceful day outdoors.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 80-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
