The flat is in an excellent location and very clean. Unfortunately it's just not ready for guests. The 2 entrance closets are stuffed with boxes piled up, cleaning things etc. The bathroom has a vanity but the shelf is broken off. It was not properly equipped (ie. only 1 knife, no oven mitts, no frying pan, the list went on). They were responsive and sent us a frying pan an oven mitts at the end of the trip. The windows need replacing and the door to the balcony in the bedroom doesn't close properly so we were literally sleeping in our clothes to keep warm. They sent us another duvet. Overall this is a decent place for 1 person if they are coming for only a few nights and just using it as a place to sleep. The sofa and chair was stained and in such bad condition we covered it in a sheet. The check in process is not good as you have to lug your luggage to the shop to pick up and drop off keys. It looks like ther're working their was through renovations. If they are and they put a bit of TLC and attention to the flat it would/will be ideal.
