Habbo´s Kojen - Apartment Oberdeck

A newly built and modernly furnished holiday flat awaits you on the upper deck. The hallway leads to the combined living/dining room with a super-equipped fitted kitchen, cosy dining area and living area including a modern QLED TV on which you can use your own apps such as Netflix, Prime or Dinsey+.

The living room also gives you access to the large roof terrace with lounge furniture and parasol, from where you can let your gaze wander over the fields.

Refresh yourself in the bathroom with a floor-level rainforest shower and additional towel dryer, also for your wet bathing gear.

In the large bedroom, you will find a cosy bed (180x200) from which you can watch the stars through the large skylights. There is also plenty of space to store your things.

Another comfortable bed (100x200) is available in the second bedroom. Here you will also find a small desk for your hobbies and work, where you can be creative.

All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating; except the skylights, you will find electric shutters or external blinds everywhere.

The cleaning fees include bed linen and towels.

Please note that the host must also collect the guest contribution (visitor's tax) from the North Sea resort of Neuharlingersiel. This is currently max. 2,50€/day and adult (from 16 years), children from 6 years max. 1,50€/day. Cheaper in the winter months. In return, you will receive the North Sea Service Card, which offers you a variety of discounts or free admission to the region. (subject to change).

Habbo's Kojen are newly built and offer you two modern furnished holiday flats for up to 3 people each in a small and quiet village on the North Sea coast.

The two holiday flats ‘Main Deck’ and ‘Upper Deck’ each have two bedrooms, a bathroom with rainforest shower and a living/dining room with a new fitted kitchen. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and there is also a towel dryer in the bathrooms. The entire house is built to be energy-efficient and is partially self-sufficient thanks to its own geothermal energy and photovoltaics.

In the ‘Hautpdeck’ you live on the ground floor and have a covered terrace and a small garden next to the holiday flat. This means you can sit outside even in bad weather or lie on the grass in the sunshine and perhaps think about your next day trip to the islands.

The ‘upper deck’ is located on the top floor and offers you a roof terrace, which invites you to relax on sunny days and let your gaze wander over the fields. In the bedroom with a double bed, you can lie directly under the skylights and admire the stars over East Frisia at night.

In the village you will find a great restaurant, a cosy tea room and a farm shop where you can buy delicious things directly from the farmer. You can have a picnic in the small village park or set off on a canoe trip from our small harbour.

From here you can reach the beaches in Neuharlingersiel and Harlesiel by car in about 5 minutes, as well as the ferries to Spiekeroog or Wangerooge.
