A lovely apartment with 2 charming double bedroom with top matresses , lovely living room with comfortalbe double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and 2 luxury full bathrooms. Washing machine, dish waher, and very high speed fiber internet connection.

This was by far the best vacation rental we had in Italy in the last several years. Beds are amazing! Hotel quality plus sheets were crisp and clean (and ironed!). Location was great for waking into the old city of Perugia or driving to Gubbio, Assisi or one of the many mountain wine towns nearby. Our host Giuseppe was responsive and attentive. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Giuseppe was a great host and met us at the apartment upon arrival to show us around. The apartment still feels like it has been recently updated. Both bathrooms have modern amenities. Master bedroom is large and bed is very comfortable. I believe he mentioned just replacing the mattress. Short walk into Perugia center city but uphill as you would expect it a hill town. We used this as a home base for travel to other Umbrian towns. We actually went into Tuscany which is only an hour away by car. Highly recommend.

Perugia Vacation

I can not say enough about this property and the owner Giuseppe. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured on the site. Very convenient to everything. Giuseppe greeted us upon arrival and even drove us around to show us where the market was and where we could get a quick bite to eat or a coffee. Very pleasant and friendly owner. I recommend this rental to anyone who wants to have an amazing experience and enjoy what Perugia has to offer. We were 6 adults in the rental and had plenty of room.Giuseppe also had plenty of suggestion on what to do and where to go.Giuseppe thank you for everything and making our stay memorable.

Great apartment in Perugia!

We were one of the first groups to stay at this newly renovated, Perugia apartment. This three bed, 2 bath apartment was the perfect size for three couples. We enjoyed being walking distance to the escalators that bring you up to the city center. The kitchen was well appointed for meals that we decided to eat in. The building has parking in the back so it was easy to park our rental car and come and go as we pleased. Washer and dryer and fast WiFi was a nice touch! Guiseppe was very attentive and easy to communicate with - he also provides recommendations of all of his favorite spots! We will be back!
