A lovely house and great host

My friends and I stayed here for 1 night and we enjoyed our stay. The location is good in terms of getting into the city. There is street parking available. Unfortunately the hob ignition was not working but the host was helpful and directed us to the lighter. Rooms are a good size and clean. The garden gate did not lock, so that needed to be fixed. But overall we had an enjoyable stay. The host is very responsive and communication is great!

Dear Charlotte, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. However, I feel it’s important to provide clarity regarding the situation. As you are aware, during your visit, my wireless heating controller was damaged, and an official complaint was made to address the matter. While I strive to maintain a positive relationship with all of my guests, I also have a responsibility to protect my property and ensure it remains in good condition for others. I regret that this incident has led to dissatisfaction on your end, but I trust you understand that my actions were necessary given the circumstances. I remain committed to providing a quality experience for all guests, and I encourage open and honest communication to resolve any concerns in the future. Wishing you all the best, Urba homes
