Then you’ll notice the impeccable décor – from the exquisite rug and pieces of art to the mid-century modern sofa, coffee table, chairs and desk. All of it is bathed in natural light from the two large windows, which reaches over to the opposite side of the room where a round timber dining table reposes in the corner.

KITCHEN
The kitchen forms the final part of the open-plan living area, and its sleek, contemporary feel fits right in. U-shaped and all in white, it’s both chic and functional, with plenty of countertop space and all the amenities you’ll need.

BEDROOM
Enter the bedroom and feel a sense of calm: the white timber beams and walls contrast superbly with colours from the rugs, artwork and a plethora of books on the shelf next to the queen-sized bed.
