Mojacar Fab Sea, Village & Mountain Views.. Private Pool. Sleeps 9

The large private pool (protected by a child-proof fence) overlooks the sea and leads onto a terrace that provides the most spectacular views in Mojacar - in an arc of about 210 degrees the Mediterranean fills around 90 degrees, the town another 90 degrees and the mountains the remainder; Garucha and more can be seen in the distance. There is a large range of sunbeds, sofas and tables as well as a BBQ for al fresco dining. The house has another terrace and a balcony. The dining room leads out onto a terrace. The house has air-conditioning / heating throughout. Three of the bedrooms are doubles with en-suite facilities, and lead either directly onto the veranda or onto a balcony. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds, a single bed and a cot with a WC and basin in the adjacent room. Please note: All the bedrooms have black-out curtains installed

Please note that to maximise availability, I only accept bookings that start and end on a Saturday, I would appreciate it please please if you would adjust your dates accordingly.

There is smart TV providing access to British and Spanish Terrestrial TV channels as well as IPTV providing access to most Sky TV channels including cinema and sports. The TV service also offers 10,000+ movies, 1,000+ box sets, Youtube, Netflicks and the Internet.

I use Mojacar Estates as the local management company - they will issue the keys and handle any issues that may arise when you are here
