This is an amazing property. It was super clean and centrally located not far from the Grand Canal and 100 meters from an awesome square. It is nicely decorated with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Charming space in quiet neighborhood with pretty yard, close to restaurants and 10 minute walk to train station. Lovely, cozy, inviting. We will miss ending up there at the end of our day!

good communication with the host. He sent great directions that were very helpful as google was not able to find the place. very quiet at night. comfortable for the family with 2 bedrooms. beds were comfy, there were fans in the rooms which were nice, and it had a washer. lots of windows that open and had a garden area. we were unable to find the air conditioning. did have some ants behind the master bed, but they weren't on the bed or anywhere else. outlet was hanging on floor behind the bed - again, not an issue for us. long walk to Piazza San Marco, but it is close to the train station and you can catch a waterbus. the curtains were very sheer and not light blocking. Beautiful home, but feels a little dated. Host was very nice and helpful. great access to restaurants and grocery store.

The lodgings were very good. The kitchen was efficient and the fridge and freezer worked very well. The area was convenient to groceries and to gaining access to all tourist areas. Our host was very responsive when contacted. We were directed to s fabulous restaurant and enjoyed our dinners very much.
