Ideal for those who love peace and quiet. The small garden is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy some time with friends while listening to the birds chirping.

Very close by are the Church of San Giacomo—one of the oldest in Venice—the Natural History Museum, Ca’ Pesaro (Museum of Modern and Oriental Art), the Basilica dei Frari, the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, Casa Goldoni, the Rialto Market—the heart of Venice with its famous bridge—San Stae, San Simeon Grande and San Simeon Piccolo, and the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista. Piazzale Roma and the train station are just seven minutes away. In twenty minutes, you can reach the splendid Piazza San Marco. This is a home for former travellers and is filled with memories of journeys, which helps you feel right at home no matter where in the world you come from.

Property was clean and comfortable. Maison Sophie is a charming house filled with all sorts of interesting furniture and decorations. It's close to many restaurants and shopping, gondola rides, public transportation boats. Loved it!

This is an amazing property. It was super clean and centrally located not far from the Grand Canal and 100 meters from an awesome square. It is nicely decorated with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The lodgings were very good. The kitchen was efficient and the fridge and freezer worked very well. The area was convenient to groceries and to gaining access to all tourist areas. Our host was very responsive when contacted. We were directed to s fabulous restaurant and enjoyed our dinners very much.

Charming space in quiet neighborhood with pretty yard, close to restaurants and 10 minute walk to train station. Lovely, cozy, inviting. We will miss ending up there at the end of our day!

good communication with the host. He sent great directions that were very helpful as google was not able to find the place. very quiet at night. comfortable for the family with 2 bedrooms. beds were comfy, there were fans in the rooms which were nice, and it had a washer. lots of windows that open and had a garden area. we were unable to find the air conditioning. did have some ants behind the master bed, but they weren't on the bed or anywhere else. outlet was hanging on floor behind the bed - again, not an issue for us. long walk to Piazza San Marco, but it is close to the train station and you can catch a waterbus. the curtains were very sheer and not light blocking. Beautiful home, but feels a little dated. Host was very nice and helpful. great access to restaurants and grocery store.

Saubere und große Wohnung, zentral gelegen, guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Einzig ein Mülleimer im Bad oder in der Küche hat uns gefehlt, Müllbeutel waren aber vorhanden. Gleich um die Ecke sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop), und ein tolles Restaurant, das Al Bagolo. Zu Fuß zur Vaporetto-Station 10 Minuten, von dort kommt man schnell überall hin.
