Located in the quiet countryside of Chiusdino, this pet-friendly holiday home for 5 guests offers a tranquil retreat just 2 km from the village center. Set across two floors, the home features a cozy living/dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The well-equipped open kitchen includes a 4-ring stove and oven, ideal for preparing homemade Tuscan meals. There are two bedrooms: one twin room on the ground floor and a second room upstairs (via fairly steep stairs) with a double and a single bed, perfect for families.

Enjoy outdoor living with a private fenced garden (480 m²) complete with terrace, furniture, barbecue, and play equipment. The outdoor kitchen adds charm for al fresco cooking, while the indoor washing machine and electric heating offer comfort during longer stays. Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht. Endabrechnung mit Strom war nicht vorher aufgeführt und sehr teuer. Haus von aussen super. Auch der Garten ist schön. Innen ist es sehr dunkel und das Wohnzimmer hat nur Tisch und Stühle. Nichts zum Entspannen. Badezimmer gehört dringend repariert. WLAN ist sehr schwach. Die Küche ist sehr schön und gut. Das Essbesteck allerdings ist überhaupt nicht schön. Zusammengewürfelte Reste. Das Schlafzimmer oben ist sehr schön mit guter Matratze. Allerdings ohne Tür, sodass man von unten alles hört. Die Seniora und der Senior sind wirklich besonders nett. Deshalb haben wir uns trotz aller kleiner Mängel sehr gut erholt in diesem sehr ruhigen Häuschen.

Wunderschöne Lage und Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach, insbesondere was Küchenutensilien und Gläser betrifft. WLAN ist verfügbar, aber fragen Sie nach einem Handbuch, das Passwort allein reicht nicht aus. Zum Ausruhen und evtl. auch mit Kleinen zu empfehlen.

Tolle Lage für den Hund mit eingezäuntem Garten. Um in schöne Städte oder ans Meer zu fahren, muss man bereit sein, beträchtliche Entfernungen mit dem Auto zu fahren. Wir waren 3 Personen in diesem Haus und vermissten trotzdem ein paar Dinge in der Küche, wie eine große Bratpfanne und große Kochtöpfe. Es geht auch nichts über Schlagsahne. Reinigungsmittel für die Toilettenschüssel oder Tücher und Mopp haben wir nicht gefunden. Es ist auch ideal, wenn Sie Ruhe und einen großzügigen Außenbereich suchen. Auch der Empfang durch Silvia Conti auf Englisch war in Ordnung. Nur das Auschecken war etwas schwieriger, da dies von einer Freundin von Silvia erledigt wurde, die kein Englisch sprach und wir kein Italienisch.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Hütte war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist wunderschön und recht groß. Viel Privatsphäre. Die Lage und die Umgebung ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Was wir nicht wussten und nirgends zu finden sind, war, dass wir nach unserem Aufenthalt für den Strom bezahlen mussten. Wenn Sie elektrische Heizungen verwenden, kann sich das erheblich summieren. Der Boiler ist auch ziemlich klein, so dass Sie wirklich aufpassen müssen, wenn Sie mit mehreren Personen duschen möchten. Außerdem kann ich das Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Sicherlich ist es im Sommer ein schöner Urlaub dort. Denken Sie daran, dass es zu Beginn des Frühlings (April) abends recht frisch sein kann und Sie wirklich den Kamin brauchen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es ist kein Luxus, aber Sie haben alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Die Bilder lügen nicht. In Wirklichkeit ist es sicherlich ein Bild.
