The house is only 4 km from beautiful, wide sandy beaches. About 1 km away, you will find the center of Oostburg, where all necessary shops are available. The dike house is located directly along a cycle route leading to the cycle ferry, which takes you across the Western Scheldt to Vlissingen. The historic cities of Bruges and Ghent are easily accessible, and the seaside resorts of Knokke, Cadzand, and the fortified town of Sluis are also worth a visit.
