Das Haus war gut geschnitten, dennoch fehlte es an Charme und vieles wirkte nicht durchdacht.Die Garderobe für Jacken ist zwischen Küchenzeile und Esstisch gequetscht. In den Bädern gab es zwar viele Ablageflächen, aber keine Handtuchhaken in der Nähe der Waschbecken...auch keine Toilettenpapierhalter...Es gab kein WLAN, ok, war uns auch bekannt. Aber auch die normale Internetversorgung war eher mangelhaft, ebenso die Telefonverbindungen. TV ging einigermaßen.Es gab Gardinenstangen ohne Gardinen und in der Küche fehlen Gläser, in die mehr als 0.1l passen würden. Teller, Besteck und Töpfe sind ausreichend. Wir fanden es gut, weil es fast das einzige Haus war, an dem auch alle 10 Gäste an einem Tisch essen konnten, das war schwierig zu finden.Die Terrasse ist nicht ausreichend bestückt für 10 Gäste. Die Slnnenschirme eher zu klein und unpassend, keine Sitzkissen für draussen oder die eher harten Holzstühle drinnen.Auch gab es nur eine Wolldecke im ganzen Haus ( falls einem die Bettdecken zu dünn sind). Und dass es auch keine Sofakissen gab, unterstreicht den eher ungemütlich Eindruck. Man möchte als Vernieter offenbar möglichst wenig Aufwand haben.Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, was aber eher am guten Wetter lag. Für 10 Glsteist das Haus ok und bietet was man braucht, aber eben auch nicht mehr.

Nie wieder! Das Ferienhaus ist rudimentär und lieblos eingerichtet und ziemlich "abgewohnt". Die Hygiene v.a. im OG eine Katastrophe, das WC nicht sauber, Schmutzränder auf den Ablagen im Bad, Blutflecken am Türrahmen, Schmutz und Schimmel in der Dusche, verrostete Dusch- und Handtuchhalter. Ein weiteres Highlight war das fehlende WLAN, obwohl in den Ausstattungsmerkmalen bei der Buchung aufgeführt, besonders ätzend weil es in Zierow praktisch kein Mobilnetz gibt. Zu guter letzt keine Unterstützung bei den Problemen durch FeWo bzw. den Gastgeber Belvilla. Die schieben sich jetzt die Verantwortung für die Falschaussage bzgl. WLAN gegenseitig zu. Gut, hatten wir nur eine Woche gebucht. Weitere rechtliche Schritte bzgl. Reisemängel müssen wir wohl mit Anwalt unternehmen.

14 Tage ahnungslos

Kein Netz, kein WLan, schechter Fernsehempfang und das 14 Tage lang für 10 Personen. Keine Gardinen, sehr laut, die Waschmaschinen stinken sind innen schimmeliggut ist die Lage und die Raumaufteilung, Matratzen gut, es wurde zuvor im Haus geraucht, also nicht wie beschrieben eine Nichtraucherhaus!!
