Welcome to our exclusive villa with a private pool, ideal for up to 13 people. Enjoy the luxury of 6 bedrooms and 7 shower rooms (including a bathtub) for optimal comfort. The swimming pool with an overflow channel offers a pleasant temperature of approximately 26 degrees Celsius in the water and 28 degrees Celsius in the air. Measuring approximately 10 m x 4.50 m and 1.35 m deep, it invites you to refreshingly enjoy the outdoors.

Relax in our Finnish sauna or enjoy socializing in the living room in front of the fireplace with three-sided glass. The free 50 Mbps Wi-Fi ensures you can always stay connected. Each of the spacious bedrooms has its own shower room, one of which even has a bathtub – perfect for the little ones.

For entertainment, TVs in every room and the option to play music via Bluetooth speakers provide plenty of space. On the large terrace with awning, you'll find comfortable seating areas for up to 8 people, as well as beach chairs that invite you to relax.

The rental price includes all utilities (heating, electricity, water) and final cleaning. The sauna (€8 for 3.5 hours) and the washer-dryer (€6 for 5 hours) operate with coins (€2), while the fireplace is gas-powered. A fee of €10 per day applies for the remote control of the fireplace.

For added convenience, we offer laundry packages, which can be booked up to 18 days before arrival. Please note the safety instructions in the building and the house rules in the entrance area, as well as the usage instructions for the playground and swimming pool.

Ein Traumhaus mit viel Platz in einer top Lage, eingebettet in der Natur mit Meerblick. Es sind nur kurze Wege bis zum Wasser und die nächste Stadt ist zügig mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der große Pool im Haus läd zum Schwimmen ein. Zahlreiche Fahrradwege sind vorhanden. Die Sonnenuntergänge und -Aufgänge sind sogar vom Haus aus zu bewundern. Wir wollen wieder kommen!

Toller Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen

Das Haus war wie für uns gemacht. Wir waren 3 Genrationen vom Baby (10 Monate)bis zum Rentenalter (eine Person mit erheblicher Bewegungseinschränkung) und alle hatten viel Spaß. ob Kino, Sauna oder Schwimmbad. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass alle Schlafzimmer ein separates Bad haben. Der großzügige Wohnraum mit Esstisch hat am Abend hervorragend für Spiele hergehalten. Die große Terrasse mit Grill ist super geeignet für gemeinsames Kochen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Vier Winde Villa

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit der Familie, aber leider fehlte es dem Haus an Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung und der Liebe zum Detail. Leider bekamen wir auch keine Einweisung in die Benutzung der Sauna sowie Waschmaschine. Dies müsste optimiert werden.
