Recently refurbished 3 beautiful large bedrooms. A nice bath shower room. A garden to bbq if the weather is good. Nice large lounge and dining room. Perfect for a few days away. Nice quite neighbourhood yet one train station from Brighton 3 minutes from Brighton by train. 3 minutes walk to the house. 3 minutes walk to bus stop only £2 to catch a bus into Brighton. Or £10 by cab. 5 minutes walk to Preston Park. 20 minutes walk to Sea front.

That’s a load of nonsense. Sad what could be sad in a newly developed property the only thing sad is the person writing the review. The review process is to either compliment the property you stayed in or tell other people what the faults were with the property. What you have done is just give a negative review because you can. If there was anything you had a problem with I would have called you out. The beds are comfortable because they new. The house was clean and up to standard. Just FYI dad is a human emotion not a description of anything
