The shady chillout lounge by the pool invites endless aperitifs, while the covered terrace with its colourful bougainvillea is the perfect place for long summer evenings where there is late-night chatting long after dinner finished. At Casa d'Olivera, every day is a holiday!

Accommodation
Already upon arrival at Casa d'Olivera you are overwhelmed by a feeling of light, air and space. This is certainly due to the fact that this stylish villa is located on one level on a spacious corner plot. An automated gate gives access to a driveway at the back of the house. Two large cars can park here very comfortably. A staircase leads to the front door, which opens onto an entrance hall, which in turn leads past the kitchen into the combined living space. Good to know is that there is also a second entrance leading past the living space and into the house on one level, ideal for those with reduced mobility. The light and bright living space combines several functions;

The open kitchen looks cozy and invites you to prepare delicious meals. This kitchen has all modern facilities with a combi fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven and dishwasher, as well as a nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen- and tableware of Casa d'Olivera is exceptionally beautiful, making every meal a true feast. Next to the kitchen there is a comfortable dining room with a round table for 6 guests, with an adjoining warm living room with comfortable sofas and television.
From the combined living space, an elegant archway leads to a corridor leading to the stylish sleeping area.

A first door on the right hand side of this corridor houses a microcement bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, toilet, a double sink cabinet and a window through which natural light enters.
Also on the right side of the hallway, is the first bedroom, the smallest of the three, but particularly cozy and very conveniently furnished, with a double bed (160x200) and an open clothes rack with plenty of hanging space and shelves. The room has shutters, can be completely darkened and has air conditioning.
At the very end of the corridor, a third door leads to the second bedroom. This one is larger and features two single beds (90x200) and a Mediterranean built-in closet and shelves. There are shutters to darken the room and a ceiling fan provides a cooling breeze or you can choose to turn on the air conditioning. As in the rest of the house, particular attention was paid to the smallest details, with beautiful handmade night lights and particularly elegant decoration.
Finally, at the end of the corridor, on the left side, there is a door that provides access to the third bedroom. This spacious master bedroom features a large double bed (180x200) and an open built-in closet with ample hanging space and multiple shelves. Also here is a stylish bathroom in microcement, en suite to the bedroom and equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and a double sink cabinet. Fine is the window allowing natural light to enter this bathroom as well. Roller shutters allow you to completely darken the bedroom and also here a ceiling fan provides a cooling breeze. Also, this bedroom has air conditioning. In the master suite, you wake up overlooking the pool and step right outside through the French doors. There is no better way to start your day!
Both from the master bedroom and from the combined living space, sliding glass doors give access to the outdoor space, along the covered terrace. This gives the living room extra light and fully overlooks the outdoor space with the pool. This outdoor space is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants. A sleek white wall delineated with large cacti is not only a real eye-catcher but also provides privacy by the pool.

On the covered terrace there is an inviting large wooden table with a wooden bench and chairs. Under this canopy you can relax during the warmer summer months. You overlook the pool that measures about five by ten meters. Here you can effortlessly swim laps or splash around and cool off. Settle down on one of the wooden loungers with comfortable cushions under the wicker umbrellas, which provide both shade and an unadulterated vacation feeling.
Next to the pool is a spacious covered chill-out lounge, equipped with a bar and stone benches with comfortable cushions. This lounge is all southern atmosphere, with a thatched canopy, and the sun's rays playfully filtering through the roof. The outdoor bar is equipped with a refrigerator and sink and reminds you of the Mediterranean with its turquoise tiles. This space was created with idleness and enjoyment in mind. It is the place where you can lounge with a book, where there will be endless aperitifs and where you will undoubtedly spend a lot of time. This area is also particularly private.
The stately olive tree from which Casa d'Olivera takes its name stands next to the outdoor lounge and two beautiful wooden seats invite you to sit back and relax in the shade of the gray-green olive branches. Next to the olive tree is a unique orchard, where you can pick Spanish fruits such as lemons, oranges, and the local nisperos to your heart's content. When you walk through the orchard, you come back to the back of the house where the driveway and parking are located. At this back there is another separate room that houses the laundry room with the washing machine.
The second entrance to the house is through a pedestrian door that opens onto the terrace by the swimming pool, allowing you to walk via the covered terrace into the house, where there are only 2 small steps to take.
