Relaxing stay in the hills

We enjoyed a great relaxing week staying at the property. It is fully equipped with everything needed and from check-in to our occasional queries we were hosted brilliantly. Melissa was excellent in welcoming us and being so responsive to questions and requests as well as sharing her personal recommendations for the area. This property is perfectly located close to supermarkets and just a short spin to Dénia for a beach or restaurant trip. We'd certainly love to visit again - the property has three bedrooms so we'd also travel with family/friends.

Sehr schönes Haus mit grandioser Aussicht

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Privatsphäre sehr genossen.Die Rundumaussicht ist wunderschön. Cons: Ein bisschen Grünfläche bzw.Wiese hat uns gefehlt und eine Außendusche wäre toll gewesen-vor allem nach dem Strandbesuch.

Pros: Superfijne villa , alles geheel zoals je dat wilt .. Maar als aanrader is de absolute privacy die je hebt op het terras en zwembad . Geen inkijk aangezien de villa geheel bovenaan ligt. Dat was echt helemaal de kers op de taart. Wel een hele klim om er te komen, maar dat is dan logisch. Zelf heb je ook dan nog een geweldig uitzicht over het gebied en de zee. Geheel voor herhaling vatbaar... Ed & Marysa

Pros: Mi mujer y yo tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de esta preciosa y coqueta Villa durante este pasado verano. Estuvimos una primera semana en el mes de julio y nos gustó tanto que volvimos a repetir estancia en agosto por una semana más. El trato recibido por Willian, el dueño de la Villa, fue excelente. Muy atentamente nos resolvió todas las dudas que teníamos, no solo acerca de las características de la Villa sino también sobre los servicios disponibles. Sabiendo que la empresa que se encargaba de la limpieza había realizado también la desinfección integral de toda la Villa, pudimos disfrutar no sólo de su tranquilidad y privacidad sino también de la seguridad que ofrece un espacio libre de Covid. Recomendamos 100×100 este lugar para vivir unos días inolvidables, nosotros ya estamos pensando en volver.

Nous avons passé trois formidables semaines dans cette très belle villa à quelques kilomètres de Dén

Pros: Nous avons passé trois formidables semaines dans cette très belle villa à quelques kilomètres de Dénia. Nous connaissions déjà la région pour y avoir séjourné trois fois en hiver. En effet nous apprécions énormément le climat de Dénia pendant la période automnale/hivernale (soleil, ciel bleu et températures agréables, loin de la grisaille alsacienne). La villa est très belle. Elle est située dans le prestigieux Lotissement de "La Sella" avec ses résidences (villas et belles copropriétés), son golf, l'hôtel 5 étoiles "Marriott"... Elle est située tout en haut de la montagne (la rue la plus haute de l'urbanisation), avec des vues magnifiques : à droite vue sur le Golf La Sella, tout droit vue sur Dénia et la mer, à gauche vue sur toute la baie avec Oliva, Gandia, Cullera, et enfin, à l'arrière vue splendide sur la Vallée d'Orba avec ses villages, ses orangeraies et au loin les montagnes. Le soir, quand les lumières commencent à s'allumer sur la vallée et la mer : grandiose. Sans parler du coucher du soleil derrière les montagnes : magnifique. Nous avons eu un super contact tout d'abord avec Catherine, qui s'occupe des formalités de la réservation, puis, ensuite, avec Anne, la représentante sur place, pour les formalités d'arrivée et de départ, et enfin avec le propriétaire lui-même, William, que nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer puisqu'il passait également quelques jours dans son autre villa à quelques kilomètres d'ici. La villa est très bien équipée, rien ne manque et tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour. Télévision française et allemande, et encore beaucoup d'autres chaînes étrangères. Deux terrasses aménagées pour profiter de la vie à l'extérieur. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine (on est en novembre !) mais cela doit être magnifique en été ! Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de notre séjour. Jean-Claude et Astrid, Alsace, France.

Pros: We have been renting this villa for a few years now and it is one of our summer highlights. The villa is modern and neat, with a great view of Denia and the ocean, it's just 10 km from the city and the beach. The house and the pool are luxurious. Well equiped with wifi and air conditioner among other things. This year the mattress in the master bedroom was new and confortable, as a couple of relaxing chairs in the house. The standard is very high as in a 5 star hotel.

Pros: De ligging van het huis: hoog, waardoor je aan een kant op de bergen kijkt en aan de andere kant over de lage bebouwing en natuur heen, naar de zee. 's Avonds schitterende zonsondergangen. Het huis was heel comfortabel en compleet ingericht. Op 2 plekken op het terras stond een eettafel met 4 stoelen en bij het zwembad 6 ligstoelen. Ook had de eigenaar net voor een nieuw matras op het bed in de master slaapkamer gezorgd en een nieuwe draaiparasol bij de ligstoelen.

Während des gesamten Buchungsvorgangs und während unseres Aufenthalts verlief alles reibungslos, freundlich und professionell. Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel und sah so neu aus wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und in einer wunderbaren Lage mit Blick auf die Berge und zum Meer. Wir waren mit unseren Eltern und Kindern da und haben uns entspannt, gut geschlafen und erhollt: Unsere Kinder genossen es, jedes ein eigenes Bett zu haben und meine Eltern genossen die Bequemlichkeit der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. WLAN und deutschen Fernsehen waren im ganzen Haus präsent. Das Resort bietet Ihnen eine Art von Beverly Hills erfahrung, viele schöne Villen und auch Uberwachung 24 Stunden am Tag. Mein Mann und mein Vater hatten die Möglichkeit, eine Runde Golf zu spielen und wir genossen Denia und Javea. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für alles! Henriette und Walter

Was uns aber enttäuscht hat waren die Betten resp. die Madratzen viel zu weich und billig, dazu kam in der Nacht ein sehr störendes geräusch, ich nehm an von der Heizung das einem der schlaf raubte. Obwohl vor und nach uns das Haus nicht besetzt war, mussten wir 75 euro für zu frühes beziehen des Hauses bezahlen, was mich auch ettäuscht hat. Schade!!!

La casa está genial, con todas las comodidades imaginables, bañera de hidromasaje, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, barbacoa,etc además de una piscina con unas vistas increíbles a las montañas y el mar, que también son visibles desde otros puntos de la casa. La urbanización donde se encuentra es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. El propietario encantador, muy pendiente de que estuviésemos muy comodos. Muy cerca hay todo tipo de servicios: supermercados,farmacia, restaurantes, etc. Sin duda repetiremos.
