We want you to verify the rental is for 2 adults only and both guest are non-smokers. Reservations without approval before booking will not be accepted. We list on multiple sites and may have just booked your dates or after discussing the rental, it might not be the best fit for your vacation. IF PAYING BY CHECK, we will offer a discount off quoted rates for 2023 and split payments for 5 or more nights with 50% due at booking and 50% due 45 days prior to stay . We are offering Complimentary Vendor Beach Chair setup with 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella with this rental in 2023 from March 1 - Oct 31 FOR ALL RENTALS PAID BY CHECK. Beach service is not offered outside these dates due to vendor not available but the discount for paying with a check will apply. March 5 - Oct 29 turn day is Sunday. If you need different check in or check out days please send us a message and we will see if we can work with your dates. This condo is designed as an ADULT ONLY personal vacation residence for 2 persons age of 25 and over only. The person renting the unit must be staying in the unit. Rental may not be given as a gift.

Condo is in a low density 9 unit building. Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside is a short bike ride away where you can shop at the Farmers Market starting at 9 am on Saturday mornings at the Seaside Amphitheater year round. You can select your pick of fresh produce and other unique offers. Nothing better than fresh vegetables go to with fresh seafood that can be purchased 1/2 mile from the condo at the Goatfeather's Seafood Market on 30A for a night of dining in. Dinner on the balcony is both beautiful and peaceful while watching the waves roll in and the sun set.

This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.

We Love Leeward I

My husband and I make at least one trip a year to the Seagrove area. It is close to everything you want to see, do or eat. When it is just the two of we like to stay at LEEWARD I. This time we stayed in unit 6 and it was perfect. I believe it was recently remodeled because everything looked new. While we were there they were painting the outside and putting down new decking. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with and the booking process was easy. The best part is you don’t have to fight the crowded beaches. Leeward has its own private beach for just 9 units. We love Seagrove and Leeward I.

Closest beach we have been to.

Visit area a lot. Beach right out the door. Wife having some medical problems, so we had to leave a day early, but still had a good time. Unit was clean .Kitchen had everything needed. Couch was not comfortable to sit on but clean. Not much room on balcony but ok for 2 people to have drinks or coffee.
