IF PAYING BY CHECK, we will offer a nice discount off quoted rates for 2023 and split payments for 5 or more nights with 50% due at booking and 50% due 45 days prior to stay . If paying by check complementary vendor beach chair service will be included with this rental from May 1 - Oct 31, 2023. You must pay for the rental by check to receive the Complimentary Vendor setup. April 30 - Aug 12 this condo rents Sunday to Sunday only. Aug 13 - Oct 29 this condos can check in or out any day except Saturday. MONTHLY RENTALS NOT OFFERED.
Located in a low density 24 unit building. This condo was completely renovated June 2017 and is designed as an ADULT ONLY personal vacation residence for 2 persons age of 25 and over only. Age exceptions may be made for married couples if you ask for an exception. The person renting the unit must be staying in the unit. Rental may not be given as a gift.

You can paddle board or kayak in the lake if the gulf is too rough. Flat boardwalk from the building to the beach makes it a very easy beach access. Seaside proper is located a short bike ride away as are many local favorite restaurants such as Cafe 30-A, The Perfect Pig, Steamboat Grill, Old Florida Fish House, Angelina's and many more wonderful places to keep your dining experience new every day. The condo comes with 1 parking space. There are some covered parking spaces available which like the open parking is on a first come basis. This is a piece of paradise at the beach you won't want to miss! Leave all your cares behind and come to the beach!
