Beachfront condo with private parking, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with bunkbed cubby in the hallway and sleeper sofa in living room (Sleeps 4 -5).

Beach service (umbrella and two chairs) included with rental March 1 - October 31!

- Right on the beach in 30A! Enjoy amazing views while you relax on the patio of this second story condo overlooking the gulf.
- Experience peace and serenity at Commodore's Retreat on our private beach and private boardwalk for beach access.
- Eastern Lake, adjacent to the condo, is a great place for kids to explore and a fantastic place to skim board, paddle board, kayak or canoe

- Community pool and outdoor community grills (charcoal only)
- Memory foam King bed in primary bedroom with a bunkbed cubby in the hallway perfect for kids. Graco Pack N Play travel crib also included for the little ones (crib sheet not provided).
- Beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and boogie boards provided as well
- Upgraded appliances, stackable washer / dryer, and shower / tub combo. Other perks include cable TV and complimentary WIFI.
- Fully stocked kitchen, living room offers large flat screen TV, and smart TV in master bedroom
- Sleeper sofa in living room
- Equipped with all linens, and an initial supply of necessities (paper products, etc.), all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.

- Commodore's Retreat is located on a quiet dead end street away from the crowds; nestled off of Hwy 30A close to all the action but with a quiet Old Florida neighborhood feel. Specifically located in Seagrove Beach between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy a day on the beach or a bike ride along the many bike paths on Scenic 30A.
- The community pool is well maintained, and the building offers an elevator from the parking area for easier access to the upper floors.

Seagrove condo

Property was perfect for the two of us in Seagrove. Great location with incredible 2nd floor gulf views and easy beach access. Condo was clean and well represented by online description provided. Condo complex was a little older and had some signs of wear and tear but wasn’t detrimental to overall stay. Would stay there again.

The Best Vacation Rental Ever!

The hosts have thought of everything to help make your stay seamless. The view is outstanding and exactly as pictured. The unit is spotless and the king bed is really comfortable. We would rent again in a heart beat!

Wonderful beachfront

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First of all, the owner Tom was extremely easy to work with and very attentive. He seems to truly care about giving the guests a great experience. We communicated a number of times about some minor issues and he addressed all immediately. The unit is in a lovely location on a beautiful stretch of beach and easy biking distance from Seaside and multiple shopping and dining venues. The unit was well appointed, with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen, and well decorated living room and porch. There is a fantastic gulf view from the porch. There is even a service to set out comfortable beach chairs and and umbrella assigned to our unit daily. We would stay in this unit again when visiting the area.

Just like the pictures

Really enjoyed our stay and exploring the surrounding area. The pictures were accurate and our only wish that cannot be controlled, was the weather. We will come back again at a different time.
