Beautiful stone made, spacious luxury villa, located in Krios, just 2km from the cosmopolitan center of Parikia , 130m from famous Marchelo beach.
This air-conditioned, children and pet friendly villa is protected from the northern winds, have panoramic view, beautiful herb garden and a spatious pool area, equipped with BBQ, pool bar, sound system and bathroom.
The pool area is exclusively used by the tenants of Blue and Green villa. Can be private by special agreement.

Located in Krios, just 2km from the cosmopolitan center of Parikia on the western part of Paros and only 150m from magnificent, sandy, Marchelo beach, this beautiful, stone made villa is a unique blend of traditional but also modern and functional bio climatic architecture.

Simplicity meets comfort and innovation both indoors and outdoors.
Surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens designed to blend in the natural environment.
Olives, and fruit trees. mix with herbs and flowers. Local herbs like oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme, labdanum and so many others can be used fresh for special flavor. The estate also has a private vineyard. Blue villa is one of the villas forming the Blue Greens complex which consists of two villas that are next to each other, each with four bedrooms. It is designed with respect to the traditional cycladic architecture for guests to have a comfortable stay in all 4 spacious bedrooms that all have unsuited bathrooms. The spectacular, spacious pool area has a bar, large dining table, big b.b.q. , and dolby surround sound system.
Our private Steam Bath will help you relax during your stay.
