This property has clearly been remodeled recently and as cheaply as possible. The kitchen cabinets are push/click to open, no hardware, so you have to memorize which corner to push. The layout was not thought out well, so in some places you have to open the cabinets in sequence or the doors are in each other’s way. And some you have to hand push the mechanism flush so it alone doesn’t block the next door. Oh, no drawers, so silverware is in a tacky pullout in a cabinet. No glassware either except for two wine glasses, though manager says they WERE there. All the handles on all the wardrobes and nightstands were either on the floor, falling off, or had been removed. Really rendered those storage options useless. Short screws?The smell of sewer gas wafts from several drains. Cheap plumbing job?Paint is chipping off the freshly painted handrail at the top of the stairs. Wrong primer? None?There were damp cleaning towels closed up in the washing machine.. yuk.
