Located next to the church of Agios Dimitrios and with easy access from the city's Ring Road, this spacious apartment is just 900m from Aristostelous Square and city center. Super markets, pharmacies, restaurants etc are right next to your doorstep, as well as a bus stop to take you anywhere you wish!
Inside, you will find a bedroom with a double size bed featuring a try comfortable mattress with memory foam technology, a living room with a large sofa bed, capable of accommodating two adults or children and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a 43" Android TV with free streaming services supported by a 300Mbps fiber internet connection and a Nespresso coffee machine.
It was fully renovated in June 2024 and everything inside is brand new!
We will be happy to assist you with any information you may need in order to make your stay a memorable one, whether you are traveling for business or leisure!
Please note that the apartment is located in the back side of the building, so there is no view and accessible only through stairs since there is no elevator.
