The house is allergy friendly as all carpets have been replaced with wooden floors. The house is surrounded by a 140 m² large wooden terrace, where you can enjoy a lovely barbecue night. There is an 18-course golf course nearby, from where you have a great view of the fjord and Kattegat. 50-100 metres away there is a Put and Take lake, mini-golf, grocer's and restaurant.
