12 person holiday home in Hals-By Traum

A large holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna. Table tennis, billiard and dart can be found in the house. There is a 15 m² large bed loft with 4 mattresses and a skylight that you can open. Here you find a 22 inch TV with DVD player. In the living room there is also a 46 inch TV with a sound bar. You can connect your smart phone or ipad via an aux cable or Bluetooth. All bedrooms have 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm), that are placed together as double beds. In 3 of the bedrooms you can separate them. There is an energy saving heat pump where the temperature can be regulated. The house is suitable for several families. Outside there is a football goal, petanque, possibilities for playing volleyball, and playground with swings, climbing ropes and a slide. No letting to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
